FMLA Leave (Family Medical Leave Act)
All eligible employees of Cassia County Joint School District No 151 may take leave as provided by the FMLA. The FMLA entitles eligible employees to take up to twelve (12) weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave each year for specified family and medical reasons.  Click here for Policy 407 - Family and Medical Leave Act

Leave of Absence for Certificated Employees
Certificated employees, who are employed as grandfathered renewable contract employees, may apply to the board for up one (1) year leave of absence.  Click here for Policy 460 - Leave of Absence for Certificated Employees
 
 
Absence Without Pay for Non-Certificated Employees
