A transcript contains semester grades and credits earned during your high school career (9th through 12 grades).  In an effort to cut down on transcripts that are lost in the mail and to expedite colleges receiving transcripts Burley High School uses Parchment.com to process transcripts. Burley Senior High School has partnered with Parchment to provide secure online transcript ordering available 24/7. Creating an account is free and only takes a few steps.

Current Senior Students: Check your email for an email from Parchment to create your free account. Make sure to use your personal email and not your school email when creating your account. Also remember DO NOT uncheck the box "I authorize a copy of my credential(s) to be stored in my Parchment account where I can view and manage the document(s)" to view unofficial transcripts. If you uncheck this box you will not have access to unofficial transcripts. If you created your account and you unchecked the box and would like to use this feature, let Mrs. Rodriguez know so she can contact Parchment to have your account deleted and you can start over with creating your account.

Current Senior Students: Once you have created your account you will receive 4 official transcripts at no cost - when you place an order it should not charge you. The 4 free official transcripts will expire on May 31, 2025. It is recommended once you are accepted to college, order your final transcript before graduation. Make sure to send your final transcript directly to the college and not yourself. Also make sure to select "Hold for Grades" when ordering your final transcript if you place your order before graduation, so your order will not be processed until grades have been finalized. Official transcripts should not be sent to yourself, colleges will not accept a transcript directly from the student.

• If you forget your password you will need use the forgot password link when trying to login or contact Parchment directly. Burley High School does not have access to reset passwords for Parchment accounts.

Transcripts for Scholarships: If you have created your Parchment account and authorized Parchment to store an unofficial transcript, you can download or print an unofficial transcript right from your account. If you did not authorize Parchment to store an unofficial transcript on your account, please stop by the Counseling Center or email Mrs. Rodriguez at rodralys@cassiaschools.org for an unofficial transcript. Do not order transcripts through Parchment for scholarships, but you can download an unofficial transcript from your Parchment account if it was set up correctly.

Updating unofficial transcripts on Parchment: Unofficial transcripts do not automatically update once grades are posted. After grades are posted each term you will need to login into Parchment and click on the picture of your transcript like you would if you were downloading or printing your transcript. At the bottom of the screen you will click the "Update" button, it will then send another order and your transcript will be updated once the order is processed. You will receive an email once your order has been processed. This does not automatically update once you click the "Update" button so please be patient and wait for your order to be processed.
