Student Flu Mist/Staff Flu Shot Schedule
The Health Department will be coming to our schools for student and staff flu Vaccines as follows:

1:00-3:30 PM Raft River Schools and Community

Parents will not need to be present for the vaccine. The Flu Mist is a nasal spray. We will need paperwork filled out and sent back to the school. Please send a copy of your insurance card otherwise, you will get a bill for the vaccine.
Staff shots should be covered under preventative and they will bill insurance for you. Please have your paperwork filled out ahead of time.
