Currently, I have the pleasure of teaching 7th and 8th-grade students at Burley Junior High School, where I specialize in instructing Beginning Computers and Computer Science. Equipped with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas - Tyler, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. I hold teaching certifications in multiple content areas across various states, alongside numerous technology certifications.
My background encompasses more than just classroom teaching. I also currently contribute to teacher training programs and have gained valuable experience through several years of corporate training and instructional design. With a focus on delivering tangible results, I approach education with a passionate drive for lead-learning.
In my computer classes, I strive to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications. By integrating classroom learning with practical experiences, I empower students to develop the skills they need to succeed beyond the confines of the school environment.
