The Health Department will be visiting our schools to offer Student Flu Mist & Staff Flu Shots from October 1st - October 17th. Permission slips will be sent home with students at each school. No flu mists will be administered to students without a returned parent permission form, so if you are wanting your student to participate, please be sure to have your child return their form to the school.

Parents will not need to be present for the vaccine. (Flu Mist is a nasal spray) We will need paperwork filled out and sent back to the school. Please send a copy of your insurance card otherwise; you will get a bill for your vaccine.

Staff it should be covered under preventative and they will bill insurance for you. Please have your paperwork filled out ahead of time.
